Entry appears routine. Ink bleed and pen pressure consistent with adjacent records. No irregularities noted by filing clerk.

Clerk on duty that day died in 1921.

Carbon dating of ink suggests application thirty years after paper manufacture.

Three pages later the ledger references routing instructions for an IBM tabulating machine not commercially available until 1956.
